Every Velvet & Moss order is thoughtfully packed with care. Whether you've chosen a Hidden Shelf surprise, a Quiet Companion, or another carefully curated item, we want opening your package to feel like part of the experience.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders under $70: $8 Standard Shipping
Orders of $70 or more: Free Standard Shipping

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
